| Kai-Zen is the brainchild of Roberto and Chris Wood. Originally starting life as a small night hosted at The George in Hitchin, it was to be a platform to showcase their adoration for underground House & Techno, with the emphasis based on an uncompromising approach to spinning music. After a couple of events, the lads met fellow music connoisseur Kieran Baker, and after his amalgamation into the Kai-Zen family the decision was made to take on London and move venue to the renowned Public Life in Shoreditch. The day-rave was a success, although it was still felt that something was amiss, and things were taken back to the drawing board to see what could be done. After a few events in venues like Inigo in Clapham and Fluid in Faringdon, Kai-Zen is back at Public Life with a night time slot with some big bookings on the cards for future events.
